JANUARY  2021 - SANTA CLARA, CA.

Work picked up again after the holiday break on our renovation  project the Biltmore Hotel in Santa Clara, CA. This multi-million dollar project will see this site upgraded and converted to the new Delta by Marriott brand.

This project which began in May 2020 in the middle of a global pandemic has seen it's share of challenges, including major delays caused by the virus' effect on the areas around this project, including state and local government shutdowns that have delayed the permit & planning process.

Today, as the state announced a rollback to the lock-down orders, now we begin our push begins toward the   completion of this transformation to a beautiful new 350+ room, Delta by Marriott Hotel in the south bay area of Santa Clara, California. With upgrades to the meeting spaces and restaurant, along with a brand new fitness center and lobby this facility should serve this community well into the future.

OCTOBER 2020 - PORTLAND, OR.

Snowcap electric is proud to announce the completion of our renovation project in Oregon State.

The Bidwell Marriott Portland, in association with FDR Construction and Sunstone Hotel Investors, has been completed and is now open for business.

This 20 floor, 258-room, with meeting space, fitness center, restaurant, and brand new M-Club lounge offer an energetic environment where locals and guests can soak up the city vibe and take in the Pacific Northwest-style.
